2003 Gmc Envoy Car Began Idle Rough After Wife Fueled Thought Clogged Filter

Car began to idle rough after wife fueled up. Thought it was a clogged filter so changed fuel filter, plugs and air filter. Car still idles rough. Changed the map sensor, have cleaned the throttle body, but still running rough. Where should I look next?

See if there is a check engine light, if not, check for leaks on the intake manifold/intake arm. A coil pack/ spark issue could be the issue.
