While I was driving lst night I got an flash on my dashbard, it said check your gauges so I took an 2nd look and the flash notice disappeared and vevered came back on , but I notice that my oil gauge is reading not in the center but highest 80 what can it be?

It cold be the gauge or a sending unit causing that. I woldn't worry about it unless it goes to zero. You can always put a manual gauge on to see what the pressure actually ais.
