I have a 2003 Ford windstar that wont retain transmission fluid. Will go into gear and move very little. Could this possibly be seal problem or entire transmission issue?

Sounds like something fairly serious in the transmission, if the oil level is ok you better go get it checked out by a trans tech first hand.
