van turns over but wont start

I have 2003 ford windstar that need a engine I have a 2000 Ford windstar with the same engine what else beside the engine needs to be changed does the wiring harness and the computers changed the one under the hood and the one under the dash. i have changed the engine and the computer under the hood by the shock tower the van nows turns over but does not start
