van turns over but wont start

I have 2003 ford windstar that need a engine I have a 2000 Ford windstar with the same engine what else beside the engine needs to be changed does the wiring harness and the computers changed the one under the hood and the one under the dash. i have changed the engine and the computer under the hood by the shock tower the van nows turns over but does not start

If you live in the U.S and the engine is from a 2000 going into a 2003, you won't be able to get it smogged. It must have all of the sensors and controls that came on the 2003 model.
