So it appears that relay 1 seems a little warm to the touch but not hot. I pulled it with the car running and the radio did not shut off. I assume that is normal? I forgot to tell you that even thought the radio says phone the car does not have that option. I will replace relay 1. If that does not solve the problem what next?

It was the SSP 4 Relay in the passenger fuse box. I put in a new one and the problem is still there. What next?

There is nothing in the owners manual or the Chilton Repair manual I have. Like I said the car was not sold with the Phone feature. It is just odd that it turns on when the lights switch off. Could it be a ground issue? Or maybe the radio itself? I am just looking for some ideas.
