Door image says a door is open but u can't turn it off

what door image??

On the instrument panel the door open icon comes on but after shutting all the doors the icon won't go off

check and make sure all doors are secured. if they are, a shop with a scan tool can look at the computer to find out which door is indicating being open and then the switch can be checked for failure
