I replaced the intake manifold gaskets and Iso lator bolts last weekend. since then, my climate control is not functioning.. could I have missed a vacuum line on reassembly?where would I look for a missing vacuum connection?

yes you could have missed or broken a vacuum line. make sure the intake bolts are tight to spec as well as they may have loosened a tad. check the lines in drawing, if you don't find a line off or broken and check all in drawing then re torque intake bolts upper and lower to 10Nm or 89 inch lbs.
