Outside CV joint repair rotational thumping emanates from front left wheel/suspension

Driving in straight line a rotational thumping eminates from front left wheel/suspension. This noise increases in volume and intensity when turning. I suspect a worn or partially frozen CV jiont. What's your take on the situation? I've recently replaces both broken front springs, within two weeks. At the time care was taken not to damage the CV axles of shafts.

Hello,

It does sound like the issue is the CV axle.
Usually with a bad CV axle as your turn the noise will increase, and it can intensify with the speed of the vehicle.

In order to replace the CV axle, you will need a few special tools. Primarily a hub puller and a slide hammer.
Those tools typically can be rented from your local auto parts store.
