enter your question... I have a 2003 Ford Taurus. When I put the heater on, there is an odor similar to burning oil. I've had the oil changed but the odor remains. What could cause this?

You are probably leaking oil from the engine and it's landing on the hot exhaust and burning. The ventilation system is picking it up and bringing it inside the car. Have it inspected for leaks.
