What would be the cause of antifreeze coming up and out of the reserve tank after shutting the car off

I have changed the thermostat. After shutting the car off i notice antifreeze under the car. Its not coming from the water pump. Its coming up and out of the reserve tank

Try replacing the radiator cap.
