2003 Ford Ranger Had This Car Idle Really High Take Repair Mechanics

I had this problem with my car,the idle is really high and when I take in for repair the Mechanics give me this code.P0511-Idle Air control Circuit.Actually this is from the OBII diagnostic test.What should I do,replace or clean the IAC valve?

Clean the idle air control valve with a carb cleaner and see what happens-let me know
