2003 Ford Ranger ABS Light On Took Dealer They Replaced Things Turned Off

ABS light is on, took to dealer, they replaced a few things said light turned.off... However, the light came back on. Having no trouble with brakes, but while driving if I let off the gas, the truck begins a high pitched squeal. That only goes away when I accelerate or go around turns or cone to.a.complete stop... Was wondering if this is a.master cylinder problem? Or clutch...
