my 2003 ford mustang will not stay crunk have put a new fuel pump on and stll not working and when i turn the park lights on the radio come on i dont know whats wrong with it i think it may be a fuel issue please help.

When it doesn't start, you need to check fuel pressure and for spark. One will be missing. Then you will know which circuit to focus on.
