Mustang chirps at start up. Getting very loud when ac is on stalls at stops

SOUNDS LIKE THE A/C CLUTCH

STRONG FLASHLIGHT--WATCH THE CENTER PORTION OF THE A/C COMPRESSOR

ARE THE CHIRPS "IN TIME" WITH THE CENTER INTERMITTENT MOVEMENT?

(YOUR HEADING SORTA THREW ME)

SAME THING, EXCEPT THIS TIME, I THINK YOUR COMPRESSOR IS LOCKED UP AND NOT TURNING OR BARELY TURNING.....AGAIN OBSERVE THE CENTER OF THE COMPRESSOR PULLEY TO CONFIRM THIS.
