Trying to repair a fallen power window on the drivers side

Can't seem to remove the door panel to replace or repair the off track window. The window has fallen into the door and I can't get the door panel off to make the replacement or repair.

This is a 2003 Ford Focus SE Station wagon with power windows, it's the front drivers side.
