i have replaced the pump and pressure hose and the pump is pressuring up and spitting fluid back out the cap

Air in the system or the hoses were hooked up incorrectly.

i have checked all hoses and its pretty hard to hook them up backwards, any other info u have.

Check the hoses for obstructions. Mostly the pressure hose.
