I am getting a vibration at 55 mph and over. It is not the wheels needing balance as I have rotated tires and still have same vibration. Ball joints and tie rod ends appear OK. The rear bushing of the front lower control arms seem to move quite a bit. Could this be my vibrating problem?

Bushings should not have any free play.

Did you check the CV shaft inner joints?
