When does the timing belt need to be changed on a 2003 ford focus SVT

this is the 2.0 litre Zetec with 170 HP. I took pictures of the cams and idler wheels, and around now i think im suppose to change the belt. But everything looks so good in there, i dont want to do it for nothing.
