connect 2 cables to where 3 used to be

my front lights had short and burned my fog lights and bumper lights 2. now that im gettin it fix, the old hardness has 3 cables(#1 setting is the fogs, #2 fogs and front lights attached.) the new one has 2 cables. thank you.
