Car judders. No and agin cuts out chanhed sparks coil plugs. And now discovered oil in coolant bottle and gassysmall coolant bottle has very high ppressure init. Theirs dont seem to be white on dipstick or the oil lid. But oil is in the water. Could it be head gasket. Also can here sort of air leak on the engine

Sounds like a head gasket leaking oil and compression into cooling system

Dose that mean I need a new cilinder head or just a gasket. Ive only had the car a week :-(. The oil seems fine have checked it again and still no white in the oil parts. Havent druven it since I noticed oil in the water. It smells terrivle to would it be worth it to fix?

Unless the head is cracked the it is still fixable. It could be warped but normally machining the surface takes care of that so replacement of gasket would be what is needed then get the oil out of coolant system. Which if you get most of it out of reservoir would about take care of it.
