In wet weather, the accelerator peddle may stop functioning. The truck has to come to a complete stop, put in park and turned off. The truck can then be restarted and the accelerator peddle may or may not work. If not, repeat process and eventually the peddle will work. When driving at freeway speeds, the cruse control can be used to control speed but will eventually have to be stopped and restarted. The peddle was replaced at one time and never solved the problem. Check engine lite comes on, indicating an accelerator problem.
