2003 Ford F 150 Replacing Lower Ball Joints Finished Driver Side Separate Joint

I am replacing my lower ball joints. I have finished the driver side but can not separate the ball joint on the passenger side. I have driven the ball fork all the way in but it will not "pop". What else can I do?

try a little heat on the spindle otherwise get a bigger hammer
