I have a 2003 Ford F150 4X4 and I am hearing a squealing noise from the front end. Its not necessarily making noise only when I turn but generally when the vehicle is moving. My brake pads are fine and when turning the tire it seems like its coming from part of the front drive shaft. Any ideas?

The rubber axle seal can cause a squeak. Spray it with any type of grease or oil, enough to get some to run inside where the seal is hidden. If that's the source of the noise, it will stop for anywhere from an hour to a few days.
