How do you remove the side seat cover to access and replace the seat heater switch without breaking it. I've tried just pulling on it a little but it doesn't let go and I don't want to break it. I just need to replace the seat heater switch but can't get the cover off.

how did you determine the switch is bad if you cannot find it to test??

there are several components in the system. does the other seat work ok??
