My truck is very load when driving over 40 mph....what can I do to reduce the noise?

The tires are about a year old I notice a wear on the outside of the 2 front tires, but the back tires a perfect condition......help!!!

Noise from engine? drive train? wheels? exhaust? how often do you rotate tires? should be every 5000 miles
