2003 Ford Expedition Just Bought Ti Making This Horrible Grinding Seller Wheel

I just bought and ti is making this horrible grinding. Seller said wheel bearings but I did research and it makes that noise in 2wd yet it does not make noise in Afwd?? Is it safe to drive like this( All terrain) and do s clip spacers cause this problem?

get it fixed. it sounds like the hub bearings. do not drive it like this as you may do damage to the front end driving with bad bearings
