I change the power stering pump and noise is going on. do you think i need to change the bearing inside the timing belt?

No, I don't think you should just automatically change anything. The noise needs to be accurately troubleshooted and isolated down to a probably cause by someone that knows techniques to do that. You are going to need some professional help on-site.
