trying to change battery in 2003 expedition cable stuck to bettery treminal

if it's a side post just give it a yank or take a flat blade screwdriver and pry it off.

if top post tap sideways with hammer or twist with monkey pliers. you can also pry open the clamped end after you remove/loosen bolt.
