2003 Ford Excursion Driver Seat

check fuses 1 and 112 in central junction box.also 114 for passenger seat then get it scanned because it may be apower seat module giving the problem for both. check what is pointe dout in pic though , it may be a fusible link is bad or weak.

Checked fuses, all good. Passenger seat works. Power pedals do not work either. Pulled fuse from memory module as some had said their seat would work with memory module disabled. No Joy! Still doesn't work. Tried the manual seat back several time as some on net said there was a reset there, but no joy. Next I guess I will get the computer milked and see what it says.

sometimes the fuse may reset the module but otherwise it has tobe scanned therea re about 15different codes for that the module controls the pedals and seat

Went to Auto Zone and had the computer read. No fault codes. Checked connection of wires under seat. All seem fully engaged. Pulled fuses, checked and put back. Memory set for 1 or 2 does nothing either and seat doesn't go to either position when you select 1 or 2. Pedal don't move. No noise when I push any of the buttons. Seat heater light comes on when selected.
Any other thoughts?

auto zone cannot read those codes with their scanners. it is only good for engine and transmission codes. you have to have a pro do this any garage with a scanner or dealer will neeed to do it.

yes the ones that a pro has cost about $2500-3000 and read all codes for everything and they have to be replaced every so often to keep updated.
