2003 Ford Escort No heat!

I've checked the water level & antifreeze. Had the thermostat changed. Still blowing out cold air, when car is fully warmed up. Is there vacuums or flaps that open & close to let heat in from engine? I don't know, only that I'm cold.

check for a vacuum leak item 5 opens the door to make it warm in your car so it may be item 2 isnot working or broken .
