2003 Ford Escort Put Back Serpentine Belt On Access Since Sideways Take Off

I need to put back the serpentine belt back on but I dont know where/ how to access to it since its sideways looks like I have to take off the bumper.. Any better suggestions

loosen the tensioner but you may have to pull front engine mount off
