I have a clicking sound near my dashboard

I have a 2003 Ford Escape. I just recently got it inspected and it passed. However I have a consistent clicking sound near the dashboard. What could it be?

kit cold be one of the relays kicking on and off, have a local pro take a peak at it you'll get a better diagnosis.
