Car stuck in park?

Parked car & next day went to leave for work & cant get car out of park.I step on brake and will not move (gear)

Check fuse 11-16 24 in central junction box first. Then check relay if still not working near left side of dash near steerning column. Then have a pro check it it may be the solenoid it self or a short.

I have seen the brake shift interlock relay go out and cause this problem, here is the location of the relay so you can swap it out. Please double check the fuses listed above this guide can help and I have included the fuse locations as well.

The relay is behind the left side of the dash near the steering column. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what happens.
