van has intermittent no start concern engine turns over faster and cannot hear fuel pump come on when concern present.engine runs fine once started only a starting concern..
no codes present. checked fuel pressure at 35psi but concern not present at time.replaced fuel filter problem still exists.could fuel pump relay sticking at times be most likely issue and if so could you tell location of relay ?
