engine stalls

2003 e350 van no start i plug in scanner to aldl and will start unplug it and it stalls but will restart as long as i plug in scanner this van ran fine parked it now wont start

start with a fuel pressure test, spark check and compression. once they are verified, then you can move to other areas.

how was it prior to breaking down??
