acceleration

I bought a 2003 crown vic. with interceptor. I just replaced timing chains and drove the car it ran good i didn't kick it in then. I washed the motor and now when i kick it in it shakes and the check engine light comes on. First thing i did was blow air to all the connectors i coulf find then I took it to advance they hooked up the scanner but it gave no codes. If i drive it normally everything runs good and no check engine light.
