can oil leak from head gasket

i have a oil leak. there is a puddle of oil on top of the intake manifold and oa the back part of the exhaust manifold

Yes, it can. Your best bet is to buy a leak detection dye and rent or borrow a black light from a local parts store to locate the leak.
