2003 Fiat Palio Sir Hav Diesel Model Car Done 125000 Km Facing Emission

Sir i hav a diesel palio of 2003 model and my car has done 125000 km. I am facing problem of emission of raw smoke.Above the speed of 60 when i release the accelator smoke comes out. when in a standing position when i accelerate raw smoke comes and it accumulate on the ground. the smoke is of dark black in colour. Plz give me some advice.

Engine is running rich with incomplete combustions. Compression, fuel pump and injector should be tested.
Check for clogged air intake system. Replace the air filter if necessary.
