on the 03 dodge ram 1500 4.7L can you use a stop leak solution?

i was driving the other day when i got out of the truck it was spewing water like a river. on the back right side its leaking on the edge of the aluminum over laps the plastic. this is the best way i can explain it sorry.

Don't use stop leak. It usually causes more harm than good. You need to fix the problem.
