rpms go up and down

I have a 2003dodge 2500 hemi gas 5.7 ltr when it is I'm park the rpms go up and down and it surges what will cause it to do that ? Surges while in park

Erratic idling are mostly caused by vacuum leakage somewhere in the intake system.
Ensure the coolant level is correct.
