egr location 2003 status

i need help locating my EGR valve..2003 status sxt 2.4 dohc..i looked everywhere for it,cant seem to find it or does it have a emission package instead

i have looked on the side of the diagram but it wasnt there

It's on the drivers side rear corner of the engine.
