Back end of Dodge Stratus sway/bounces when going over bumps

I have a 2003 Dodge Stratus SXT and every time I hit a bump, the back end sways/bounces all over the road. What could it be?

Struts come to mind are they factory?

I believe so. There was only one other owner before me so I would imagine he didn't have to replace them. If it's the struts, do they need to be replaced right away?

Well no but have it looked at to see if all suspension parts O.K.
