2003 dodge truck with rough idle and will not rev. over 4000rpm

I replaced O2 sensor on left side before the cat. Since replacing I am getting a rough idle, will not drive without shutter and loss of power, and will not rev over 4000rpm

sounds like you have missfires and a possible clogged cat converter. get a shop to confirm and give you a bid.
