Replaced heads on 4.7 and found lots of sludge on heads. Once completed and truck runs good but after it heats up the oil pressure drops off to 0. What could be the problem?

If there's no type of knocking noise-check the oil pressure with a mechanical gauge to rule out the oil pressure gauge and oil pump, further could be clogged somewhere or engine bearings

Use an analog gage inplace of oil pressure sending unit, just to double check oil pressure. Do you have good cylinder compression? If you remove oil fill cap on warm engine, any blowby? Does it use any oil?

Bearings--oil pump?
