2003 Dodge Ram Heater Isn T Blowing Hot Air 10 And Fuse Good Overflow Tank

The heater isn;t blowing hot air. The 10 amp fuse is good, The overflow tank is very low. Would this cause the heater not to blow hot/ The motor isn;t overheating at all

low coolant level, bad thermostat, clogged heater core, blend door motor or blown head gasket are some causes for no hest.
