2003 Dodge Ram Heater Fan Keeps Shutting Off Change Position Steering Wheel

my heater fan keeps shutting off but when i change the position of my steering wheel it comes back on and then sometimes it shuts back off but i move the steering wheel again and it comes back on any ideas or help?

check the ground behind centerof dash for being loose and check the green wire off of ignition switch for moving when turnting steering wheel. that runs the blower
