I have an 2003 dodge ram 1500 6cly ,the problem is that when I turn the wheel either way there is a load creaking noise that just started. I also notice it when I hit a bump or just by rocking the truck from side to side, the truck goes straight down the road.

It just started there was no warning, although this happened on the first very coldest day of the year.

Check the bushings. Especially sway bar and control arms bushings.
