2003 Dodge Neon Would Cause Engine Fire While Everything Else Appears

what would cause engine to not fire while everything else appears to be functioning properly. it worked fine wwhen last driven. there was some flickering of the lights and gauges about 1 week prior. put in a new cam sensor and crank sensor, coil checks out too.
any ideas???

Have a helper crank it while you visually check for spark at the spark plugs. If no spark, check primary voltage at the coil. If you have spark everywhere, use a gage and check fuel pressure.
