low rough idle after driving and come to a stop.

If i turn the fan motor on and off or put it in neutral and back to drive when im stopped its fine, until the next stop. It doesn't start for about 3-5 seconds after stopping .

Clean and test the idle air control and the EGR valve and see what happens
